Product Updates...
There have been another two changes to product finishing & install arrangements that have recently been introduced - Peep Hole finishing on AVM BB Wool now uses Black Hot Melt Glue instead of Twist Pile fibres & we now have a non-slip mat for any Polecat installation that is proving difficult to level out on hard floors.
The new Peep Hole finishing gives a harder rougher texture to the inside of the rim of the Peep Holes & although not as soft to the touch as the Twist Pile version they will be harder wearing & are closer in texture to the black backing on AVM BB Wool.
As noted in our FAQs we have had a few customers struggle to stop their Polecats from sliding during play & climbing so have sent out extra foam pads & sometimes Velcro coins to place under units to stop this unwanted movement - the new non-slip mat is an easier retro fit than the Velcro discs & isn’t meant to be a replacement for the foam discs that come with the install pack just an option for customers that need some extra grip.
