Terms Of Service
Please refer to our Customer Notes section for our terms of service remembering that import duties, charges & local taxes will also be due when ordering from outside of the UK & the EU
Return Policy
Please remember that Hicat® units are made-to-measure &/or order so we cannot accept any customer returns due to incorrect measuring, specification or that are simply too big to get into your home.
We can accept returns for stock & accessory items within 30 days from delivery - please get in touch for return instructions.
Return postage must be paid by the sender & products should be returned in the original packaging in an unused condition.
Unused Gift Cards can also be refunded - please get in touch to request a refund noting that payment can only be made back to the person who made the Gift Card purchase.
Privacy Policy
We use Squarespace as our web presence platform & E-commerce tool - we only collect data through this portal to enable us to fulfil customer orders & market our company to those people that have contacted us & shown an interest in our products
Personal information collected in sign up forms & newsletter subscriptions are double opt in enabled so that we make sure we have your express permission to send you news & marketing updates - subscriptions to these updates & newsletters can be easily managed through the email communications.
We do not hold any payment details or take payment or collect personal information over the phone - all payments are processed through external payment gateways & are PCI compliant.
When you visit our website cookies & similar technologies are used to run & help us understand how our visitors & customers use it.
We do not import or export customer data or share information with third parties other than those parties that are integrated in to our website platform - these parties are listed below & operate under Data Protection Agreements with Squarespace to provide the following services:
Apple Pay - payment portal to support our website eCommerce platform
Stripe - card payment processing to support our website eCommerce platform.
PayPal - payment portal to support our website eCommerce platform
Instagram, Google Analytics & Pinterest accounts are connected to our web platform but no personal data is shared with these services, only device information to report on content & tracking information.
As well as customer data stored on our website platform we also securely maintain customer information - if you would like your details to be removed from our records after your order has been fulfilled please get in touch.
If you are a European Union resident you also have the right to access the personal information that we hold about you & to ask for this information to be updated, corrected or deleted.
