The unit is specified with 2 Access Hole Compartments, Recessed Platform Top & Ballast Chamber - it comes with a selection of cat goodies including 2 Stick Thingys, 5 Dottis, 2 Fat Pads, Hicatch Toy & Catnip Carrot.

The Ballast Chamber is accessed through the bottom of the unit - we recommended filling the chamber with at least 40kg of sand.
