The unit is specified with an Access Hole Compartment, Recessed Top & modified Ballast Chamber - it was an unused returned customer order that has been on display at our studio & is in new condition.

Ballast needs to be added to the unit to make it Freestanding - we recommended filling the chamber with at least 40kg of sand for a single cat household.
