Zzz Bed 180

Testing at our Chichester R&D Centre is complete but we’ve done a 180 on the Zzz Bed design & reverted to a previous incarnation - Cassius, the cat in charge of the team there, has decreed that of all of the options tested memory foam is the preferred comfy cushion of choice.

We will hang on to the templates that we’ve created to make up the Zzz Bed design in case a customer does want to try a micro-fibre type cushion as opposed to memory foam but will now start work on finalising a design for a zipped memory foam cushion - the cost of the memory foam & zip will mean that the pricing will end up more than a micro-fibre filled design cushion design but it will be double sided & use a more luxurious fabric than the Fat Pad fleece that we’ve previously used.
