Zzz Bed Testing Update

We’ve taken another step closer to a final version of our Fat Pad replacement & it’s looking like a snoozy doozy - we were thinking about a two part cushion but have come up with a much simpler & sleeker design that uses a felt band to form a sided cushion that fits snuggly in a Recessed Top or Compartment.

The felt edging is made from the same material as our Soft Seat Cat’s Cradle & gives the cushion a more rigid structure to shape the fleece sided faces - a zip means that you can easily fill the cushion with fibre to suit your cats preferred filling density.

We’ve already made a sample, which has been sent to our Chichester R&D Centre for more testing - we think that the latest Zzz Bed is going to be close to our final design but will be doing another version that has a flap closure rather than zip as an option.
