Social Media Brush Up
We don’t have a big following on social media but are beavering away loading our products on to the integrated shops that some platforms now offer - some of our followers would have noticed that there were various obsolete & out of date Hicat® products floating around on Instagram but these have now been removed & will be replaced with links to our bespoke products along with our online shop items, including our selection of toys.
To allow us to make changes on Instagram a new facebook account was automatically set up to get products to integrate but we won’t be publishing any content to Facebook or monitor messaging on this new account - we do regularly publish content to Instagram but don’t actively publish any content to Pinterest as noted in our recent blog but content does update from our Instagram feed so thought that adding products to Pinterest as well would be sensible.
Whilst doing our updates we also noticed that there were lots of very old comments on both Instagram & Pinterest they didn’t get through to us at the time of writing - we have now replied to these, better late than never, but if you do have a product query or enquiry you are always best emailing us as we are not always on top of our social media as you can see from the above!
