We recently shipped a Fatcat to Australia & our customer posted a video on Instagram of their Hicat® being installed - the video posted by The.Catst went viral with over 40,000 likes & we received a huge amount of attention with our Instagram followers doubling in size because of the video.
This was completely out of the blue & we’ve received lots of enquiries & delivery quote requests, which we’ve been working through over the last couple of weeks - we wanted to note that we will continue to respond to enquiries during our Autumn Break but replies won’t be within the usual 1 working day response time & also the DHL Price Spot Checks that we’ve been requesting to help reduce the international shipping pricing won’t be attended to with the normal haste.
Thank you again to Cat Street for sharing their video & as they say on their post money can’t buy happiness but it can buy your cat nice things.
