Our ninth Loved To Bits project is completed & it’s gone through a bit of a transformation

We posted a Blog in 2018 showing a scrolling home page design that we had always wanted to try out but it wasn’t quite right

We’ve just been advised by DHL that as of 28 August 2025 the US De Minimis exemption for imports under $800 is going to be abolished

There were no takers for Amy’s Tomcat so we’ve had it shipped back to us & it will become our latest Loved To Bits re-incarnation

We are hoping that the recent shipping issues reported in our last Shipping Woes x6 blog should now be a thing of the past

We are excited to say that we’ve filled a bit of the gap created by our last Hicat Video & More blog & have four new videos to share

In 2016 we were upset to see a photo of one of our cats Rudy sitting in his Tomcat being displayed on Cat Tree UK’s Facebook profile page

Our Hicat® video along with our individual training videos, some of which make up the brand video, are all now embedded on their own Hicat® videos page

This will be a month to forget as we are currently experiencing our worst ever run of delivery issues leaving customers on the end of some shambolic delivery service failure

There’s been a slight down turn to our smile since our last More Shipping Smiles blog as we did get hit with some additional ghost charges for the UPS delivery to Canada
