Brooklyn One In A ?illion…

We’ve just finished a Tomcat 3 for our first customer in Brooklyn, New York, but that's not the really unusual thing about this order - we’ve had orders from New York before but never specifically from Brooklyn so the stranger thing was that we were on our first ever visit to Brooklyn at the exact time Fernanda placed her order.

On the 12th December we visited Coney Island in Brooklyn, during a short trip to New York, to see this famous beach front & the Luna Amusement Park as it had just been announced on the news that some of the attractions could be closing the end of 2024 - at 17:51 (12:51 EST) our mobile phone pinged with the order from Fernanda as we were strolling along the Boardwalk.

We didn’t clock this bizarre coincidence at the time as we were busy taking in the sights including Deno’s Wonder Wheel, B&B Carousel, Thunderbolt & of course The Cyclone - if we had put two & two together there would have been lots of head scratching while we were getting stuck into a chilli dog at Nathan’s, the famous hot dog chain.

We don’t know what the odds on are on this but it must be in the illions.
