Failed Online Card Payments...

We’ve recently had some reports from customers on card payments being declined in our online store when trying to checkout - we use Stripe to process our online card payments & don’t receive realtime reporting on these failed transactions so can only investigate the failed attempts when they come to our attention.

To try & help with this we are thinking about adding PayPal as a payment option & have adjusted some settings on our merchant card console, which may help stop failed attempts but if you are pulling your hair out trying to make a purchase then please get in touch & we can investigate - UK customers have the option of a bank transfer & as noted in our Customer Information we include some freebies e.g. cushions or toys, when this payment option is selected as we don’t incur card merchant fees so this saving is passed on to our customers.
