This Access Holes are offset at an angle of 120º - the Worm Hole Shelf has the aperture rotated to the back of the unit & comes with a MDF/Twist Pile inserts to place over the aperture to turn it into a Full Shelf.

Ballast needs to be added to the unit to make it Freestanding - we recommended filling the chamber with at least 40kg of sand for a single cat household.
