4.7 Golden Google Stars...
Some of our customers will remember that we asked for some support when we received our first two Google reviews, which were each 1 star ratings - the reviews were malicious & unfounded from people who had not made a purchase or dealt with us but Google would not remove them so we had to call on the help of our customers to see if we could address these misleading reviews & got a wonderful response shifting our rating up to a respectable 4.6 stars.
We don’t solicit Google reviews so this rating has stayed pretty much the same for the last 6 years but we couldn’t help noticing that we are still not regarded as highly as the Royal Mail post box that sits in front of our building - it has an impressive 5 stars so feel a bit deflated given that we design & make all of our products, manage all of our social media, website & marketing material & endeavour to provide excellent customer service, for which we do receive very high praise as shown on our Thumbs Up page, & the post box is just a slotted red depository that gets emptied of post at 9:00 every weekday morning*
So we thought while we were on our winter break we would see if we can close the gap on the perfect post box rating by asking customers again to post a Google review using the link below - all we ask is that the review is genuine & that you have made a purchase from us & obviously that you’re happy to leave a review.
