Twist Pile Supplies...

The recent flood damage & supplier issues have meant that we have found ourselves out of stock of Black Twist Pile carpet so we are sorry to say there will be delays in fulfilling orders - we initially thought that stock, which was caught up in the flooding would be OK after it was treated but it hasn’t survived & this linked with our carpet supplier hitting us with the news that this range has been discontinued means that we are now out of stock.

Luckily, we were in the process of reviewing our internal finishes & tracked down a solid jet black colour, which isn’t easy, in an even more luxurious super cosy twist pile finish that has a denser deeper pile - an order has been placed on the factory in the Netherlands for roll of this new finish but it won’t be with us until the beginning to mid of October.

We will be getting in touch with customers that have orders in the Black Twist Pile finish to see if they are happy to wait, would like to be refunded or choose an alternative internal finish - customers that are happy to wait will have their order fabricated in this new finish at no extra cost & obviously existing Advanced will be fabricated in this new finish.

It’s also worth noting that we can also source Cotton Twist Pile, which is the contrasting light version of this new finish from stock & also have a limited amount of the end of line Off White Twist pile that customers can switch to if they prefer not to wait.
