Computer Says No...

We’ve had an issue with our website ordering pages over the last few month or so, which we thought we had corrected but sadly, no - order forms had a glitch with product options after an update from SquareSpace, our web platform provider, which we did find a workaround for but there is a wider problem with these forms not loading correctly.

We are looking into these issues but wanted to highlight the situation as things have been very quiet for us over the last few months, which may just be down to the time of year but might also be connected to the order form issue - if you have seen this issue or come across any other problems in terms of website functionality we would be grateful if you would get in touch as this might help us narrow down the culprit.

Whilst redesigning some of the navigation we’ve also discovered that the search function, which is now an icon in the top of the page rather than text link in the footer, is very hit & miss with returning search results - we did raise these issues with Squarespace but didn’t get a straight answer so have put these problems down to a “computer says no” type scenario.
