Final Fat Pad?...

We thought we had ample stock of Fat Pads but a recent end of year stock take has shown that we are now down to our last one - to complicate matters we were using a small company in the North Of England to make these cushions but sadly it looks like they have gone out of business.

This has led to a rethink on our supply options & whether we actually continue to stock Pads & Fat Pads moving forward - the reason for this is that the recent Twist Pile upgrade is more cosy than the previous carpet & we’ve also looked into some Cat Mat options to add to Compartments & Recessed Tops.

These two factors make the Pad & Fat Pads cushions less of a comfort improvement so maybe now an unnecessary expenditure - if we do decide to stop the Black Fleece Pad & Fat Pads it’s likely that we will look at making bespoke cushions to order in more luxurious versions like imitation lamb skin fabric over memory foam inserts, which we will be making up a sample of next month.
