Whoopsadaisy...

There have only been three reported incidents of our made-to-measure units not fitting, which isn’t a bad track record given we’ve been making Hicat® units for over 10 years - the first was a customer mistake when measuring up, the second a lapse of concentration on our part, which we obviously put right immediately free of charge, & the third a recent hiccup with a supplied ceiling height measurement.

This last incident related to Fatcat 3 unit that was despatched to Austria & after discussing various options with the customer they decided to make an alteration using our DIY Hicat® Adaption page for reference with some over the phone guidance from us before the work was undertaken - we are pleased to say that the adaption went really well & Sharon, Ursus & their two Russian Blues are very happy & so are we (thanks for the choccies).
