It comes with 2 sets of MDF/Twist Pile inserts to place over Worm Holes & turn them into Full Shelves plus a cushion & fleece off cut, which can be dressed up as a make shift Fat Pad
Ballast needs to be added to the unit to make it Freestanding - we recommended filling the chamber with at least 40kg of sand for a single cat household
