Pricing Update...

Following on from our last pricing update we have had to tweak some of our lower cost items & unfortunately the costs being imposed by couriers isn’t easing up - Scraaatch™ & accessories, including Wall Mounting Kits, have increased in price & TNT have introduced a volumetric weight price increase in additional to their non-conveyor fees.

The TNT increase means that we may need to apply a £20-50 UK delivery supplement for our larger units , which come in over their 0.25 m3 in volumetric weight threshold while we continue to look into options - international shipping isn’t getting any better either noting that the last shipment to the United States was a 220cm Fatcat & Bobcat which cost - brace yourselves - a sickening £700 to ship, which equated to a £555 delivery supplement to the customer.

In addition to the price increases service failure from some of the couriers is also on the rise with delayed & missing items being a real problem at the moment - again, we thank those customers that have been subjected to this for their patience & understanding whilst we resolved these issues.

The positives noted in the last update have been implemented with regards to Twist Pile pricing but we are still working on the Bank Transfer Discount for UK customers as it’s proving tricky to calculate a fair percentage to reflect the credit & debit card charges taken by our merchants - we are happy to pass on a 2% discount to customer who would like to pay by bank transfer while we work out the small print.
