Website Update...

There’s been another round of website updates to cover off new content & customer install instructions - we’ve received some excellent customer photos recently showing off our products in different room settings & so have included these across various sections of the website including the Hicat® Overview & Gallery pages.

We’ve had a few reports of Wall Mounted Tomcat & Fatcat units moving after install, which we’ve narrowed down to misalignment between wall mount & connecting screw during installation causing the weight of the unit to be pulled off balance when tightened - the weight of the unit should remain evenly balanced on all three feet after tightening, so we’ve added in some additional notes on the install page to help guide people around this issue if it occurs.

There have also been a couple of customers that have struggled to level out Polecats on hard floors - again this is about having the weight of the unit evenly spread on both feet so we have also added some extra notes to the install page to describe what customers need to do to tackle this.

A search function has been added to the Info section at the bottom of each page to help track down difficult to find content & although thorough in terms of search phrases it only returns full page results so their will still be a bit of leg work to be done after you land on the page.
