The boo boo relates to the Access Hole finishing alignment, which is 2cm out resulting in a slightly off centre internal wrap into the access hole - there was some patch up finishing required inside the access hole because of the offset cuts but the unit still functions perfectly & doesn’t look half bad
Ballast needs to be added to the unit to make it Freestanding - we recommended filling the chamber with at least 20kg of sand for a single cat household
