Just Not On Update...
We did get a response from Cat Tree UK but it was a long way away from what we expected to get - as noted in our CHAT blog this is the second time Cat Tree UK have used our property without our consent so should just have removed it straight away, which is what we assumed that Jon Scales, the owner, would do & maybe even apologies, but no.
What Jon did was to take great pleasure in telling us that he was based in Hong Kong & we where more than welcome to come over & sue him then he to threatened us with legal action as we had used an image from Cat Tree UK’s website (desktop version) & their Facebook profile page as part of our blog - John has a point so we’ve blurred out the bits that don’t belong to us & left in the bits that do in but have to laugh at the irony of being threatened by someone who has stolen our imagery to promote his company.
We did ask Jon if he wanted to rethink his response but he didn’t - we will keep everyone updated on any developments.
