Pricing Update...

There’s been some more pricing adjustments, up & down, including an increase for the material cost & labour related to our Natural Coir finish - we are trying to standardise on Crucial Trading Natural Luxury Boucle at the moment as the weave & colour on their coir has been more consistent than Alternative Flooring but there is a large retail price difference between these two suppliers, which we need to reflect in our pricing.

We also recently fabricated an all Natural Coir piece for a customer in Hong Kong & this prompted an adjustment in our pricing for this bespoke option as well - bonding the coir internally is much more time consuming in terms of preparation, gluing & alignment along with the associated time in bonding & finishing shelves, in particular Climb-Through & Worm Hole Shelves, which all needs to be factored in to the cost along with finishing the internal cuts on Peep Holes, which isn’t necessary with Twist Pile internals.

A price tweak in the opposite direction is that Vanilla Twist Pile will now be offered as an internal finish option so there won’t be an up-charge for this colour & the product pages have been updated to reflect this - the up-charge for bespoke Silver, Pebble & Mauve Twist Pile internals has also been slashed in half & we’ve added Beige as an option to this selection to boot.

Whilst updating the product pages we’ve also taken the opportunity to change the Natural Coir finish images to a higher resolution image to show off the finish that we are using.
