Shipping Woes...

We are experiencing lots of issues at the moment with missed collections & late deliveries so during the Christmas break we are looking at what we can do to improve the service provision - we use TNT, FedEx & DHL for our domestic & international shipments & all have dropped the ball/balls repeatedly so thank you to our customers that have been on the receiving end of this service failure for their patience & understanding.

Overseas shipping costs are also taking the shine off things a bit at the mo as courier rates continue to rise - our new compact single piece SixToo™ was created to help with trying to keep shipping low but the cost for getting a unit to France for example is £150 & £450 to the States, which are both about 20% higher than they were less than 4 weeks ago.

The other issue that we are facing is that the courier rates are erratic at the moment so pricing shipping in our shop is proving to be a bit of a moving target - if things don’t get better soon we may have to price shipping on an order-by-order basis or increase the shipping costs to cover the higher end rates, which we are reluctant to do for obvious reason.
