Subsonic Bobcat Update
We now ordered all the electronic parts for our purring Subsonic Bobcat & are planning to fabricate the prototype unit in the next month or two - we’ve revised the concept design into a self contained plug & play Subsonic Bobcat unit now rather than Bobcat with separate amp & music player.
We’ve also found a nifty little sound card driver that replaces the music player - this means that the Subsonic Bobcat can be operated with a single on/off switch, which powers up the unit & plays a purr sound track on repeat until it’s turned off.
Excitement levels are high here so we’ve started to work on the piped sound track that will be played through the bass shaker - most of these audio files are 27-30Hz not 20Hz, so not technically subsonic, but we will turn a blind eye on this as we think the Subsonic Bobcat name is an absolute belter.
